Product Replacement and Extended Product Protection Warranty Terms and Conditions

Lloyd's Replacement Warranty (Items $100 or less)
What is covered:
Reimbursement for your product in the event the product fails due to defects in workmanship and/or materials, We will reimburse you for replacement of the product with a replacement product, voucher or shopping card at our discretion, for the original purchase price of your product, including taxes, as indicated on your receipt.
Coverage Term:
One and Two Year Replacement Warranties are available. The term of the Replacement Option coverage begins immediately following the expiration of the manufacturer’s labor warranty and remains in effect unless fulfilled pursuant to the provisions below for a period of one or two years depending on the term option you purchased. Our obligations under this replacement option will be considered fulfilled if we provide you with a replacement product, a check, voucher, or shopping card for the original product purchase price of your product, including taxes as indicated on your sales receipt.
How this works:

f your product fails during the manufacturer’s labor warranty, contact them directly or contact us and we will provide you with a contact phone number if available. If your product fails after the manufacturer’s warranty, contact Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. Customer Service at 1-877-626-6848 to process your claim in accordance with the terms and conditions.
All replacements must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized replacements may not be covered.
Lloyd's Extended Warranty (Items over $100)
What is covered:

his Option covers parts and labor costs to repair your product in the event the product fails due to defects in workmanship and/or materials, If your product cannot be repaired, we will reimburse you for replacement of the product with a check, voucher or shopping card, at our discretion, for the original purchase price of your product, including taxes, as indicated on your receipt, when required due to a breakdown as defined above, which are not covered under any insurance policy, or any other warranty or service plan.
Coverage Term:
Two and Three year Extended Warranties are available. The term of the Service Plan coverage begins immediately following the expiration of the manufacturer’s labor warranty and remains in effect unless cancelled or fulfilled pursuant to the provisions below for a period of two or three years depending on the Option you purchased. Our obligations under this Option will be considered fulfilled if we provide you with a replacement product, a check, voucher, or shopping card for the original product purchase price of your product, including taxes as indicated on your sales receipt.
How it works:

f your product fails, contact Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. Customer Service at 1-877-626-6848 to process your claim. You will be responsible for the cost of delivery of the product to the service center for repair.
All repairs must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized repairs may not be covered.
Manufacturer’s Responsibilities:
Parts and services covered during the manufacturer’s warranty period are the responsibility of the manufacturer

The following are expressly not covered under the Product Replacement Warranty or Extended Warranty
.
(1) incidental or consequential damages or pre-existing conditions; (2) damage from accident, abuse, misuse, introduction of foreign objects into the product, unauthorized product modifications or alterations, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions; (3) accessories and supplies, including but not limited to: batteries, cartridges, computer software, print elements, external power supplies.; (4) acts of God; (5) preventative maintenance (6) inherent product defects, (7) commercially-used products or multi-user organizations, public rental, or communal use in multi-family housing; (8) Products with removed or altered serial numbers; (9) loss and/or theft of the product; (10) loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, down-time and charges for time and effort; (11) damage resulting from the use of your product in a manner for which it was not intended or intentional misuse and abuse;
In all cases, Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. has sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of failure, and Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.'s determination with regard thereto shall be final.
(12) any failures, or parts and/or labor cost incurred as a result of a manufacturer’s recall.
Cancellation: These Protection Warranties shall be cancelled by us for fraud or material misrepresentation, including but not limited to commercial or rental use. Unauthorized repair or replacement of covered equipment may result in the cancellation of your Protection Option by Us. In the event of cancellation by us, written notice of cancellation shall be mailed to you not less than sixty (60) days before cancellation is effective. These Options can be cancelled by you at any time for any reason by mailing or delivering to us notice of cancellation to Protection Options, Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.,

If you cancel these Protection Options (a) within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your Option, You shall receive a full refund of the price paid for your Protection Option provided no service has been performed, or (b) after thirty (30) days, you will receive a pro rata refund, less the cost of any service received.
Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty Policy
Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. (Seller) warrants the items manufactured by Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (1) year from date of shipment. Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.'s obligation under its warranty is limited in accordance with the periods of time and all other conditions stated in all provisions of this warranty.
This warranty applies only to defects in material and workmanship in products manufactured by Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. makes no warranty whatsoever concerning products or accessories not of its manufacture. Repair, or at the option of Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. replacement of the Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. products or defective parts therein shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for all valid warranty claims.
Warranty Period
The applicable warranty period shall commence on the date of shipment from a Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. facility to the original purchaser and extend for the stated period following the date of shipment. Upon beginning of the applicable Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. warranty period, all customers' remedies shall be governed by the terms stated or referenced in this warranty. In-warranty repaired or replacement products or parts are warranted only for the remaining unexpired portion of the original warranty period applicable to the repaired or replaced products or parts. Repair or replacement of products or parts under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
Warranty Coverage Limitations
The following are expressly not covered under warranty:
1. Any loss, damage and/or malfunction relating in any way to shipping, storage, accident, abuse, alteration, misuse, neglect, failure to use products under normal operating conditions, failure to use products according to any operating instructions provided by Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc., lack of routine care and maintenance as indicated in any operating maintenance instructions, or failure to use or take any proper precautions under the circumstances.
2. Products, items, parts, accessories, subassemblies, or components which are expendable in normal use or are of limited life, such as but not limited to, bulbs, fuses, lamps, glassware, etc. Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. reserves the right to revise the foregoing list of what is covered under this warranty.
Warranty Replacement and Adjustment
Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. will not make warranty adjustments for failures of products or parts, which occur after the specified maximum adjustment period. Unless otherwise agreed, failure shall be deemed to have occurred no more than seven (7) working days before the first date on which Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. receives a notice of failure. Under no circumstances shall any warranty exceed the period stated above unless expressly agreed to in writing by Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.
Liability Limitations
This warranty is expressly in lieu of and excludes all other express and implied warranties, Including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and of fitness for particular purpose, use, or applications, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc., unless such other warranties, obligations, or liabilities are expressly agreed to in writing by Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.
All obligations of Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. under this warranty shall cease in the event its products or parts thereof have been subjected to accident, abuse, alteration, misuse or neglect, or which have not been operated and maintained in accordance with proper operating instructions.
In no event shall Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. be liable for Incidental, consequential, special or resulting loss or damage of any kind howsoever caused. Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.'s liability for damages shall not exceed the payment, if any, received by Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. for the unit or product or service furnished or to be furnished, as the case may be, which is the subject of claim or dispute.
Statements made by any person, including representatives of Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc., which are inconsistent or in conflict with the terms of this warranty, shall not be binding upon Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. unless reduced to writing and approved by an officer of Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.
Warranty Repair Return Procedure
Before a warranty repair can be accomplished, a Repair Authorization must be received. It is at this time that Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. will authorize the product or part to be returned to the Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. facility or if field repair will be accomplished. Any product returned to Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. for examination must be sent prepaid via the means of transportation indicated as acceptable to Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping label. Returned products or parts should be carefully packaged in the original container, if possible, and unless otherwise indicated, shipped to the above address.
Non-Warranty Repair
When a product is returned for any reason, Customer and its shipping agency shall be responsible for all damage resulting from improper packing and handling, and for loss in transit, not withstanding any defect or nonconformity in the product. By returning a product, the owner grants Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. permission to open and disassemble the product as required for evaluation. In all cases, Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc. has sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of failure, and Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.'s determination with regard thereto shall be final.
General Warranty Policies
Lloyds of Indiana, Inc. will pass on to its customers each manufacturers standard limited warranty, if any.
If a product you purchased through Lloyds of Indiana, Inc. fails during the warranty period, You must contact us before returning the product, to determine the proper return or repair procedure. All terms of the warranty must be met. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service. Every customer must carefully read through the terms and conditions stated in the warranty. Some warranties are limited to the retail price paid for the product. NEITHER WARRANTOR NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT AND SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. These warranties do not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, or down time, nor does it cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (including misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufactures operating and /or installation instructions).
