Minimum System Requirements For ID Vision

When a computer system doesn't meet the minimum requirements,
installing and using ID Vision can become unpredictable and troubleshooting becomes more difficult:
unrecognized errors may appear, and from a technical support standpoint,
you can no longer troubleshoot accurately and with confidence because the conditions that are expected are not being met.
For installations, we recommend the following:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 SP1 or higher for all operating systems
Microsoft Winsock 2.0 Update for Windows 95
Microsoft Service Pack 6A or higher for Windows NT 4.0
Microsoft Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000

All of the above can be obtained from the Microsoft website.
It is also recommended that the people performing the installation take a look at the
computer's physical specifications to ensure that the following minimum conditions are met:

233 MHZ Intel or AMD processor
32 MB of RAM
2 MB Video Card
SVGA Monitor at 800 x 600 resolution
USB port or Mini PS/2 Keyboard port and one available COM port (for smart card reader)
CD-ROM Drive
Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME or XP
