Return Policy Details

1. Your order must be addressed as shown above. If there is no RMA number on the package, it will be returned to you unopened.
   
   
2. Your return must be shipped within 30 days of when you received your order from Lloyd's. After 30 days, the Manufacturer's Warranty will be honored.
   
   
3. All Returns must be packaged in the original box and packaging material that it was received in. If you are returning partially used consumables, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
   
   
4. Lloyd's of Indiana pays shipping only on returns where we have made a mistake such as sending the wrong item.
   
   
5. Under normal operation, RMA Returns will be repaired or replaced based on circumstance and then shipped back to the customer.Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or paid by check.

Return Procedure

1. Call Lloyd's of Indiana at (877) 626-6848 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To expedite getting your RMA number, please have order number and product number on hand when you call.
   
   
2. Send everything back in original condition with all parts, accessories, and consumables in the box addressed to:
